3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
• Items without original packaging

⚡ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at support@velorahome.live. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
